Can I return my order for a replacement or a refund?

It’s BrittanyLovesArt policy that returns and replacements are only granted for items that have been damaged during shipping. Due to all artwork being handmade, all sales of pre-made items and commissions are final and non-refundable.

What If my art is Damaged?

If you notice damage upon unpacking your art piece from BrittanyLovesArt, contact me within 24 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. In order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. As well as in the original packaging. I will email you the address to ship your return to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification acknowledging return received. If I find that the piece was damaged in transit, I will endeavor to repair or replace the art piece.

Returns must be received within 30 days. Please note for purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, I can not offer you a return or replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items such as custom pieces, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, BrittanyLovesArt is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping can vary greatly depending on the particular items you’d like to purchase or get custom made, the location where you’d like your order shipped, and the type of shipping service that you prefer.

I live in the USA. When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship within 4-7 business days after completion, however some orders may take some additional time to fulfill for various reasons. If your order is time sensitive, please be sure to contact us to see if any component of your order may take longer.

Can I update my shipping address?

I ship all premade orders out within 3 business days. The shipping speed depends on if you select Standard or Priority shipping and which state you are shipping to. Standard takes 2-5 days, Priority takes 1-3 days. For custom orders, the turnaround is 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the piece and the time it takes to bead it.

I’m always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you your artwork. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.
